Check the manager

The manager refused to help me with the rewards cards as she was supposed to call the other office about a client wanting service from her but she made a lame excuse of that her office doesn't have a phone to call so customers like me dont get help or assistance from managers like Thoko from shell garage sunward park she doesn't help black customers cos it doesn't matter only white people get help from thoko she is always on the office calling her friends during working hours
