10 Cent Heist

A couple Years ago i noticed that when paying by card for your fuel at my local Shell (Commaro St), No Matter the amount there was always 10 cents added on the Pump, Id complained and was told by the manager of the branch that its a fault with the Pumps, From then on i resorted to always Paying with cash as i didnt believe that a fault with the pump should be charged on my account, But this morning i had to swipe and noticed that nothing has changed, there is still an added ten cents on the pump, With all the added taxes and fees already added to the fuel price, I cant understand why i should be charged extra for using my cheque card, And with Current technology, I believe its a lie that the pumps cant total correctly, This is a message for all Customers, check the total being charged to your card and tell me if its fair that we must pay for, Negligence, technical fault or even greed from the already over priced Garages in South Africa, I for one will never use this station again, since other shell garages don't have the same issue!
