Shell petrol station in canal walk at 5:55am. I pull into your franchasie station. I can see the gentleman in my review mirror. He slowly stretches in the chair he is sitting in and slowly gets up: its early I get it. But what really triggered me was his body language when he walked towards my vehicle screamed that he did not care if he had the job or not, it also spoke very loudly he had no ambition to upload the Shell name and service level I have recieved over the years including the most isolated stations. I drove away because it was a) his body language b) If he walked any slower he would have stopped moving.
