Being Called A ****** By A Manager At Shell South Africa Kwa-Thema Springs is A Norm

Worst Customer service in the world in terms of customer service and people's s****s as on the 18th of February I went to go complaint about the level of service that revived on the 11th of February 2020 I have been trying to contact any supervisor or manager and was told the is no manager or shift supervisor employed at Shell garage kwa_thema owned by Tship No to I then went to complaint as frustrated I was and very inconvenienced I was with the level of service I received when I poured petrol on the 11th of Feb which was still the same as when I entered the garage and had to call and I kept on being transferred from pillar to post with no response and was told the is no manager to complaint and so today I went to complaint and my world was shut upside down when the manager in charged called Me a ****** which was caught on camera and he shut his office door on my face as a loyal shell garage customer as This strictly shows he doesn't have customer empathy and did not even apologised and Called me a ****** and this was caught by the cctv cameras I would like to lay a grievance and will also lay a ******** charge against the Supervisor or manager for ************ and swearing at me on the grounds of violations of human rights and this means that calling people a ****** at Tshipi Notos petrol station in kwa-Thema springs a norm and I would like this to be dealt with as a matter of emergency by Shell South Africa.
