Bad taste in my mouth, No customer centricity

I purchased some items a while ago from specifically the Shell garage (petrol station) situated on 237 Barry Hertzog road.

Rating 00 (double zero)

Bought a lot of luxuries; chocolates, mister sweets gums and chips (Big corn bites) Any way some of the sweets and cjojo latest were fine but upon opening 2 chocolates and the packet of chips and sweets only to find them stale and inedible.

Back and forth to the garage not getting hold of any type of managent with no follow up to me even .A very poor excuse of a manager expected me to keep my goods and eat them. I told her to keep the goods thinking to myself I don't eat $#!t.

No refund , No customer service,

I'm the loser

I no longer purchase any food stuffs there and rather support other petrol stations
