Bad service Shell Kraaifontein

Today whilst at my local Shell Garage in Kraaifontein. I waited for such a long time to get service and after a long wait the petrol attendant came and help. I asked the attendant for his name as he is a tall fellow and could read his name badge. The reason why I always ask for the name is so that I can be able to talk to him and call him by his name instead of calling him by silly names.

He showed me his badge and I realised his name was quite difficult to pronounce so I asked him to pronounce it so that I don't embarrass myself by reading his name incorrectly. He refused to tell me his name and when I asked why he was being rude about telling me he just walked away and refused to help me. This annoyed me very much cause I was so pleasant with him but he showed me attitude and was just plain rude.

I got out of my car, went to the front and asked to speak to someone in charge. The supervisor was shocked and didn't want to get his co-worker in trouble and pleaded that I forgive him. Instead of the attendant asking for an apology he just walked away.

I got into my car and left. But I fell that this needs to be addressed.
