bad service shell garage

This morning i went to fill in petrol at jabulani mall. the petrol tender went to attend a car that came in minutes after me i then told him that i was first he said the other guy fill another car will do it. we then waited for that guy. i started complaining to the one attending us he said why do i tell him that i must go to the guy who did all of this i asked for their names they never even responded. when we drove off the first guy pointed on his name tag and smile dancing a little. I stay around the corner and have never had good service instead i got engen garage across the road which has exceptional service everytime i leave there im excited to go back i am never ever going back shell garage i hate it
