Bad Service, No Manager on Duty! Staff act as they please!!!

I am deeply saddened by your Employee, Samuel who assisted me tonight at 20:36. I bought a flavor for my eCigarrette and the guy just gave me a wrong thing. Immediately after I returned it he told me he cannot refund me because there is no manager on duty.

Now I am with a product I cannot use and I have paid money for it!
