Bad Service - Health Protocol

Bad service @ Shell Mountain view - Soweto. As I drove in to put petrol, I quickly put on my mask as a safety precaution/ covid-19 protocol. An attendant without a mask came, I politely ask him to please wear a mask, with attitude he said "I don't have a mask, you want 93 or 95". All attendants had their masks on except him, how do we allow such behavior in this pandemic? This was a ********** experience, I allowed him to assist as I was in a hurry but this is not right!
