Bad service from Shell Garage Eerste river

Just message to the Director of Shell South Africa. I have being using the Shell Petrol station in Plein street Eerste river since 2006. Since the current owner took over the service went down the drain. I would like Shell to visit the garage and see how the staff put Shell's good name through the mud. They are slow, arrogant, not polite and they cant wait to get done and walk away no customer relations. They don't even offer to clean your windows. It look like they are in a dead end job . The last straw was when i arrived there one morning and they were standing in their rest room and saw me standing there but they refused to come to the pump until i shouted at them as I was late. Then they came and still gave me attitude. So I left angry and I never went back so they lost a client that put in every 3rd day R200 worth of petrol. I am now using Engen further up the road and their service is outstanding. They even clean your windows too. Shell can go get training from them. Shell South Africa please act before more damage is done....
