Bad service by petrol attendant

I asked the petrol attendant to throw in R100 petrol which I thought he done. I paid didn't take note of anything then my petrol light went on which means the petrol attendant didn't throw in petrol and let me paid for it .... Waititi Sabiti is the petrol attendant name.. This is pure theft as I could take it further because I can ask the cashier on the day to check if the money balances which I know it won't .....this took place on the 23 Jan at 17:32 at Shell Strandfontein branch...
