Bad service

I was at Shell garage in Crystal Park on the 24/07/2020 and I got good service from the Petrol attendant, problems only started when I was refered to go and pay inside the shop as I was using a Garage card. The till operator was so rude to me in such a way that I felt so cheap and regreted filling up my tank there
