Bad service at Shell Garage in Cape Town

Went to Shell Garage in Cape Town today 08/05/2025 for a tire pressure pump, the level of bad service I received from a guy named Siya was so hurtful. The blatant disregard and ignorance he showed was totally unacceptable from apparently a Supervisor on duty. I was so hurt from his treatment and with his colleagues laughing after pumping one tire without asking me. The way he spoke to me was even worse for a service person who deals with customers on a daily basis. He has no utter respect for customers. I was left wondering and he continued laughing with his colleagues. I stepped out of the car and confronted him of his treatment and told him that this service is unacceptable from a garage. They all laughed and i went back to the car. After a few minutes of being angry, I stepped out of the car again and took pictures of the garage. After talking a pic and lady approached me in anger, asking me why i am i taking pictures of them. I told her that I’ll write an email to Shell South Africa of the level of service I received from his colleague. She then started to take the matter seriously after mentioning that ill write an email of my experience. I then asked to see a manager and they told me that the manager is not available, so i asked for a supervisor in charge and then they mentioned that this guys is a supervisor. I was angry and ****ed to learn that the same guy who treated me like this is a supervisor. I asked to speak to him and he came, I told him that i will write an email of the terrible service you gave me and ill further write a review on Hellopeter of the service I received. He then started to apologise and I informed him of how i was so hurt and the blatant disrespect he gave me. Siya messed up my day and Shell should deal with such employees.
