Bad Service at Duduza Shell Garage

I was so excited when Shell South Africa, introduced the V+ card as they are giving back to us when we fill up, and I have been using my V+ card in most shell garages also making purchases using my rewards points. however I was disappointed by the Manager of Shell Garage Duduza branch, by the name of Pinky who refused me to purchase of a packet of cigarretes using the V+ Plus rewards points stating that points cant be used to purchase cigarretes as it against Shell Policy, I would like to know all the other Shells select store including Sandton, M2 Ultra city and other are breaking the law. Even when the cashiers were trying to reason with her she was so rude to them. Why swipe my V+ card if I cant spent the rewards on the Select store.
