Bad service and treatment

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I purchased at Shell store in Senekal on the 27th of December 2025. I bought a package of buns. Their email address is: *** Unfortunately, the buns were rotten and covered in mold when I opened the package on my way to ladybrand. I was very disappointed by this product as food quality is a health and safety priority, and the product was not of satisfactory quality.
