Bad Service and ******

Shell in Katherine Street - Sandton. But from the reviews I can see they are bad everywhere. The worst service I ever received! Moosa and Thilani behind the tills are the most useless staff I ever encountered in my life. Also felt that they app**** ****** which I can't leave there. Firstly Thilani told me to go to another till, but then assisted another person of the same skin color. Then when Moosa assisted me he gave me all the options they have "available" then when I said what I wanted I was told there are none in stock..... Not even the others that were offered. Totally disgusted and will never support Shell again. Not even with petrol.
