Bad Service and Bad Attitude From Manager
On the 17th March, I went to the Shell Filling Station in Tembisa Miriting Section. I was very disappointed with the service and the way the station value their clients.

I'm was shocked that such a big international petroleum company doesn't want its clients to make payment using chord-less nedlink machines. I was forced to go inside the shop to make a payment as they claim their machine is not working. The service station doesn't care for the safety of its clients, Tembisa is a high risk area whereby they can hijack your car any time. imagine you leaving your car and going to pay inside the shop.

When I asked the manager on duty Phillip, he told me that they don't want to use the chord-less machines because they get ******, therefore at his station you need to leave your car and make a payment inside the shop.

This particular station is tampering with Shell South Africa's reputation, just less than a kilometre there's a competitor BP. I guess one will have to use their services until shell sort out the house in order.
