Bad Service
On the 16th of July I have sent Shell Garage N1bound in Polokwane a complaint about the contaminated petrol that was poured in my car. I had a breakdown on my way home and my dealership came to tow the car, upon their investigation they found out that the petrol I poured was contaminated and I went to Shell to speak to the Manager and he said I must send an email to their Territory Manager-Limpopo and I did, I've emailed the Petrol receipts, the detailed Dealer report and the Invoice to her on the above mentioned date. I did a lot of follow up on email and phone calls to date they have not responded. The petrol damaged the Spark plugs and Injectors and the whole invoice was R38 600,33 and Shell never responded. I work about 25km away from home and I transport to my work is scarce, I have to ask for lift daily and the same car I use it to transport my kids to school. I explained my situation and frustrations to Shell Manger verbally and on email and she assured me that she will get back to me and since I have not heard anything from them. This is so Frustrating that a big brand like Shell can't reach out to their customers to assist in solving this matter. I am Shell customer for years and I even have their Loyalty card but that doesn't mean anything to them I am very disappointed, I still don't have my car, it still stuck at the dealer
