Bad service

I stopped at a Shell Garage in New Strandfontein Rd, Ottery, Cape Town. As i left there was an unnoticeable pothole which caused damage to my tyre, wheel allignment as well as my rim. I have visited the Shell the very next morning to express my dissatisfaction and was told that there have been many more other customers who suffered the same fate and that Shell will do nothing to assist me in regards to my damage. I am appauled by the response and the way I've been treated as a customer.
