Bad service

Had the worst experience at the shell garage is soweto on Old Porchestroom road next to Dhlamini. The petrol attendant who was assisting me was rude and poured more petrol in my car than I had asked for. When I told him that he poured more than I had asked for he was arrogant and insisted that I was lying which came across as highly offensive. A colleague of his intervened to try and neutralize the situation while calmly speaking to me the petrol attended who caused this entire situation just walked away without even apologizing. When I requested to speak to the manager I was told to call the manager as he is not not on site, I immediately called the number given to me by Tshidiso which is *** and I asked for the manager whose name is Ellias. The lady who answered the phone said the manger is in the toilet and he will call me back. I gave them my number and till now no one had gotten back to me. After this experience I will not be recommending any of my friends or family members to use that filling station because of the bad customer service and lack of people skills exhibited by the staff.
