Bad service

I went to this garage wit a flat tyer waiting patiently for someone to assist when finally someone came but when i told him i wanted air for my flat tyer he told me to wait so that he could help the next client who came after me which is so wrong than the second person came and i told him i wanted some air for my tyer and he also said i must waite, why must i wait coz im not paying for the air? What happend to customer service? I will never go there again and i wil make sure my family and friends don't use this station also.
