Bad service

Hi

I am really not happy customer that use shell garage and my v+ card, I have noticed that shell garage at Lynhurst next to JJ butchery here in Johannesburg they claim to swipe our v+ card each time I put petrol. But when I login the last swipe was only done at sandrihagm she garage on the 28 of March 2023. While I put petrol weekly at Lynhurst garage, now where about is my point since 28 of March to date.
