Bad service

Good afternoon

I would like to complaint about the service I received at shell garage lenasia ext 8 Protea avenue. My car was put diesel instead of petrol on the 21st of October 2022 it was in the Morning around 5:00 as the car was going to pick up kids as I do scholar transport. I had to leave my car to be cleaned and no one said anything how long the cleaning will take.I had to make a plan and hire someone else car to take the kids to school at my cost ,the cost that was created by the Petrol attended. Yes my car was cleaned of which the Petrol attended will have to pay for it and my petrol that was in my car. I was told to come back later around 6:00 in the evening to speak to petrol attended thinking the manager will be there too to address the issue with regards to my cost of hiring the car. No one wanted to help until I insisted to speak to the manager. I was told to come back the next day .I spoke to the manager but no help .The next thing manager told me he will call on Monday no call received. During the week I went back with regards to a follow up still promise to call until today the 29th of October 2022 only to be told no they cannot help me. I'm running my small business and I pour the petrol in that garage every morning but because of their mistakes they cannot even pay my money back for the car that I hired to continue with my business. I was supposed to wait for them to clean my car and my business to suffer by not taking the kids to school because of them.

Shell is a big company but I felt they don't care about their customers especially the manager who gets angry by being told that he doesn't care and he just left us there instead of resolving the issue and he is covered because the poor guy will pay his expense and no loss for him but I must also take a loss because its not his business if I hired a car or not he said I can speak to the petrol attended if I want to speak to him with regards to my loss. What a inconvenient,time wasted the first day making the kids late to school ,going to them with my petrol to make a complaint and not seeing the need of inconvenience for their mistakes. And be told its fine I can take my business anywhere if I want to. No care for the customers. Why do you promise to call someone and you don't.
