bad service

I put R400,00 petrol unfortunately there was network error with petrol card I ask him to keep trying and he threatening to assault me he then took my car keys hold me hostage for 3hrs kept me in the car on cold weather I had to beg him to swipe again and the transaction went through . I then ask his name as he was not wearing name budge he refused getting violent manager may view footage . Sibongiseni behaviour is totally unacceptable. Please investigate
