Bad service

I went looking for chicken burger pie I found zinzi and she said it isn't there it will be ready in an hour I paid for it and waited for it outside went back after an hour when I went she said sorry we haven't put it I must wait for another 30 min wow guys I'm so hurt how do you treat your loyal customers like this?
