Bad service

On the 6th I went to shell ,at the main road ,Cape town to put on petrol for R200 and the petrol attended never put it.I phoned several times asking them to check their footage for that day.All those times they took my contact details and promised to get back at me but NEVER. And when I decided to call them today ,a month after the incident they told me to come there of which I did only for them to tell me I need to bring my car so they can put that petrol and when I told them I don't want it anymore I was told to provide them with my banking details which they could've informed me on the phone.There is absolutely no client care and consideration
