BAD SERVICE

yesterday evening after work 03/08/2018 i went to Shell petrol station at Soweto on CHRIS HANI ROAD to pour petrol, i kindly ask the attendant to fill me up. the guy agrees and goes to my tank to fill up. after a few minutes, i check on him because his still fill but my tank indicator is showing that the tank if full. so because i believe attendants know best i let him carry until his colleagues start shouting that the petrol is spilling on the floor only then he stops. the attendant then comes to my window and advises me that my tank is leaking . i than i advise him that my tank is not leaking i've never had that problem it's a 1st i then advise him that the only reason that the is spillage is because the tank was too full. he then advised me to move vehicle and not start my car, i should be pushed to the side as he goes about clearing the mess that he had created about 10 mins after waiting he then walks up to me and asked if i'm paying cash or card which i advise him cash. knowing my tank considering how much petrol i normally pour weekly and taking into consideration how much i spend on petrol weekly i have R500 in my hand. i ask the attendant how much is the petrol he advises me R580. i then ask him what about all the petrol that he spilled on the floor he then shrugs his shoulders and asks me to pay up, at this point i'm panicking because i do not have enough cash he then stares at me with impatience showing me im wasting his time as i try to look all over and gather this extra amount that i have now have to pay because he was not paying attention to what he was doing. finally i gather enough money and he takes it and walks away. no apology, no sympathy, i was disturbed i ddnt even have energy to ask for a manage. so now clients need to pay for spillage that is not even in their tanks because of an attendant that was not focusing on his work and wants to blame the tank. im very dissapointed in the service i've received at the garage. after i was so excited after the opened after they had closed for weeks because i believe they provided the best service. unfortunately this one bad experience has ruined all the good service i've received for all these years.
