Bad service

This morning 03/09/2018 I got a bad experience/attitude from one of the employees at shell samrand garage. He took time to fill up and when I eventually asked if he closed my fuel cap he said " Do u think I will leave it open" I asked him politely but he decided to chop my head off. This is not the first time I'm experiencing such from them. Try to pour petrol on weekends ad early as half 5 u will wait for 10 min to be served.

Fix your staff.
