Bad service

<p>I went Shell Ultra City Rustenburg to buy spark plugs was given the wrong size. Went back into the shop and explained and asked for an exchange of the plags. The ladies in the shop became aggressive and refused to assit me. Please do something about this very unprofessional selfish woman. </p>
