Bad service

<p>On the evening of 03 July 2016, I went to Shell petrol station in Pinetown on the M7 route. I filled up my car and bought a few items from their shop including a magazine. When I got home I realised that the magazine wrap had been opened. On the following morning I drove back to the shop to exchange it for a new one. The cashier ( a black young man) was very understanding and offered an exchange. I then walked to the magazine stand and discovered that it was out of stock. I was then approached by the store supervisor (assumption ) a Indian lady who asked about my complaint as the cashier had reported. She did not introduce herself and after explaining to her, she rep**** in a very sarcastic and underming tone " I guess we will never know if you opened the magazine or not and now returning it" she then walked away and said " just give her her money back" to the cashier. I felt very humiliated and disrargarded as a regular customer at that Shell petrol station. This lady never once gave me a benefit of the doubt of telling the truth as a paying customer.</p>
