Bad rotten inapproprite staff and procedure

<p>Im am very angry with the services i received from shell garage Eastgate , I took my car to them on the 14/10/2016 and paid R65.00 when i went to fetch my car the staff told me that Victor left with my car keys and i had to wait until 00H10 AM while they staff at the garage were told that the keys should be the store room, change room , office ext and the guys looked all around hence there were no keys to be found. I spoke to the manager who was on duty by the name of Sabata cellphones number ( ********** 117) he was responding to my calls and he said to me i should stop irritating him by calling him and asking him about my car keys since he said he was busy asking Victor as to where are my car key so i had to give him time and he said he was on his way till twelve am and i had to leave my car with unloked doors . Later on Sabata and Victor switched their phones off till today 15/10/2016 shellgarage eastgate mall still dont know as to where are my car keys thye taking me from pila to post , im really lost. Shell please note that you guys need to pay my R500.00 which i had to pay to the maxitaxi i gave you guys the receipt and i need all the locks, keys, ignitions and the starter changed since you guys stil dont know as to where are my car keys.</p> <p> </p> <p>You excell with your your terrible , bad, rotten services.</p>
