Bad experience from shell South Africa management

On the 24th of February at around 20:35, I went to a shell fuel station in bronkhorspruit. I've encountered bad experience using the shell v+ rewards card, luck enough I got hold of a lady by the name Ranta Morakane from shell head off.

I sent her an email explaining my situation and how disappointed I was of how shell South Africa works with regards to their v+wards cards.

Ever since our last communication on the 25th of February 2020, Rants Morakane have since not returned to .e with feedback from that branch, if this is how top management works of such a big company then I'm not surprised why the stuff in branches know so little about the rewards cards.

I only use shell fuel stations to fill up but the experience I got from top management is *** just to be straightforward.
