Bad experience

In the morning I pured R200 on the Toyota etios at shell Dlamini soweto and I only had 1 bar and it gave me 3 more bars, which I was happy about it. This afternoon I pure R200 at shell Barbra I had 2 bars and it only gave me 1 more bars which is highly impossible. I'm really cross with the experience I had at the service station, I asked the attended he said it will go up as I drive. Bad experience I had with shell I don't think I'll use it again.😡😡😡
