Bad Diesel at Shell (reeked of paraffin)

Hi, I am Nicholas fritz and I drive a 2,8 tdi Mitsubishi Colt double cab bakkie ,I put R200 of diesel in my bakkie on 12/4/2024 at shell garage in Kuils River ,Strand street. On 13/4/2024 my bakkie didn’t wanted to start at all, we towed the bakkie to the mechanic and he found out after checking that there was paraffin smell in the diesel. We drained same of the diesel to make sure and it reeked of paraffin. I went back to Shell the evening on 14/4/2024 and bought a liter of the standard diesel and the same smell was in the standard diesel!! My bakkie is not starting at all.

I bought new glow plugs, a diesel pump ,relay timer and fitted new diesel injectors last year. We have been going to Shell since last year as they have a point system for petrol and diesel. That same diesel damage my engine. I went to the garage to complain to the manager and took my old diesel and the new diesel to them so that they could smell. The cashier, attendance and a customer smell the Paraffin in the containers. I gave them all my details when I bought the diesel and give my card number, my wife's card number so that they can see how long we have been using the garage diesel and petrol!

I have no means of transport to work because if this. Shell has stopped commutating to with me and insist there is nothing wrong with the diesel. I reached out to the Ombudsman as well with no solution. I do not want a new bakkie, I want Shell to take reasonability and fix my vehicle. Nicholas Fritz ***
