Bad customer service

I went to buy a chicken wrap at Shell Garage Reitzpark last week and they gave me 01 serviette, I asked for 2 serviettes coz the quality of their serviettes are of poor quality and very thin. Unlike those of KFC or Steers or other outlets. The lady who was helping me refused to give an extra serviette. The wrap costs R70 and to refuse me a serviette as if i bought a ****in was so unnecessary. So i decided to return the wrap for my money & went to KFC instead. I'm a regular customer and what is wrong with giving the customer what they want? if your serviettes were of good quality i wouldn't have asked for 2. I am very disappointed in the manager and the lady who assisted me. I stay close to Shell but ever since this incident, I go to Total or Engine garage up the road.
