Bad customer service at Shell Eyeto Service Station

I recently visited the SHELL EYETO SERVICE STATION IN TOKOZA on 1 January at 23:28 and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. the cashier was dismissive and she lacked customer service, the cashier is VSIHLE when you you greet she does not greet back and when you ask her a question she rolls her eyes. This lack of professionalism is not what I expect when visiting a service station. I hope the management can address these issues by providing proper training and ensuring better customer care in the future.
