Bad customer service

I am not very impressed with shell, I was one of their best clients where all my cars and taxis used to pour petrol every day there. However, I have experienced a bad service from their call center, shell in pretoria North and midrand highway where my shell v-card was blocked or locked and neither of them were able to help us with their card because the garages refer me to the call center and call center refer me to the garages. Why as a client am I given the run arounds for a points card but they all take it to still swipe after I've paid them and give me excuses. There was an amount of R183 plus that never changed for months after being blocked. We were using the card still and they managed to explain all transactions will show but they couldn't unblock them. This is not right, I cannot wait almost a year for a card to be unblocked with the money I've earned in a form of payment
