bad customer service

I came in to fill petrol and stood for about 15 minutes without being served n when I called for service from one of the perror atrending he said must he leave wat he is doing and run to me I told him to call someone else who was free because in the first place he shouldn't be attending to that taxi as we came first he then started swearing at me saying I'm stupid,ugly and fat.
