Bad customer service

Shell garage in crossroad, soweto, Firstly they don't even ask for v-shell rewards points, some of them always grumpy, the most irritating one the lotto machine I don't know if there's only one person who's been trained to use it because if there's no one went for lunch it's not operating or as early as 3 o'clock pm it's closed completely...they have a generator when you ask how comethe machine its not working they'll give you attitude.
