Bad Customer Service

I just experienced the worst service after 5 years of using Shell garage.. i came across and rude petrol attendent. His name is Jovis(shell garage protea gardens) This is a concern that i confront the attentant to find put wat is happening as the garage is packed and it is 1st come 1st serve but other people are priotised more than the other. I wouldnt like to go back to the garage and find another Jovis or have such experience.

People like this shoudnt work at customer service i hope something is done,as i use shell garage for the best convience and petrol .
