Bad customer experience

Bad customer experience at shell heiderand, in mosselbay.

Yesterday, I visited the shell shop in mosselbay, heiderand. I was there to buy electricity as usual, but to my surprise that was going to be an awful experience.

As, I was standing to be served I was told I must read the message. At, first I thought they were joking, only to realise that was serious. I then ask for the managers intervention (Annelize Willemse), she asked me about my language and she stops there and said there is nothing that she can do.

Is it the experience to expect from Shell, especially as a black paying customer?
