Bad costemer service

Gud day, i have problem with Zally's filling station shell filling Station no 4 TSHAKHUMA dzananwa ***.every time wen i go there they don't gave me Gud costemer servic, some they gossip about m that am ***, they can't help ***s, last night I went there, I got help with this ader lady, it was de best service, then I was wanted 2 fill my empty tire, then she said I must leave the guy called Lufuno wil help m, then the guy took tire pump put it on de floor, then he leave me in attended, then I was wanted to fill my self, he came back n tell m that m stupid coz I don't know how to put pressure my self, I was so disappointed because of their serve.
