bad bad service

<p>Last week tuesday i drove to shell garage cosmo city to fill up petrol, at around 5am i was driving a toyota yaris Dtn854mp</p> <p>i asked for petrol, dn I paid and left as i was driving my car startd loosing power and kept on stopping along the road</p> <p>then it eventually stopped at my workplace I then realised that the petrol attendant poured petrol, later i went to the garage and told them about my query to the supervisor which he was helpfully and took down my details, and told me they will call me after seeing the footage, 4 days past one one called then i went on monday to check and they did confirm that diesel was poured in the car,then the manger Linda said he will bring a mechanicto my workplace of which he did the mechanic drove with my car to his workshop after he drained the diesel</p> <p>then I went to collect my car, It was not 100% fine dn the manager called the mechanic again to try to fix it</p> <p>of which he did of which the car was not 100% fyn I went to him and said can he give me a guaranteethat in writing</p> <p>that they will fix my car should it gv me problem again of which he refused and told me i must just take the car and leave and bring it back when it gives problems with no paper work, and I can do whatever i want and complain to whoever i want, i was really shock so can shell really act on this im planning to take this to the media </p>
