Bad Attitude

I had called Shell Overport Motors requesting the number for the Steers thats on the premises as all their numbers listed on the internet and directories are incorrect. A lady by the name of Munira answered the line and was very rude and refused to assist. It was very disappointing as I frequent the garage quite regularly.
