Bad attitude

What a rude cashier, firstly she is does not greet and secondly she is rude *AF* excuse the language but I am ****ed by the amount of rudeness this girl has. I always go to Shell Ultra Kosmosdal and the staff are normally sweet but this Khumo (KDube) girl is super rude. I bought oreo's which is are on promotion and I was suppose to scratch something so I ask her what am I scratching and she just gave me a funny look and then just looked below the counter and said there are no scratch card with an attitude. That girl need training on how to provide good service
