Avoid this fuel Station

<p>On the 15th of July I tried to purchase R300 worth of fuel at the Samrand Shell service station. The attendant took my card and tried to perform payment with the hand held card machine…twice the card was rejected. I then went to the ATM and drew cash to pay, no issue. I was probably halfway home to Benoni when I got an SMS stating that I had just bought R300 worth of fuel from the same fuel station. On arriving at home I phoned the fuel station and arranged that I would bring the 2 rejected slips to them for reversal. Great! One thinks…not really after taking them the slips on Monday, providing them with a bank statement on Tuesday I still do not have my money. Tomorrow is a week. I have been back 3 times and the answer is “we will phone you” .</p> <p>Total nonsense, so I revert to Hello Peter to warn the public to avoid the fuel station at all costs. I would send this post to both the service station and to Shell except that neither have “published” email addresses, which reflects how they feel about the consumer.</p>
