Avoid Shell Mamelodi – Poor Fuel Quality & Terrible Service

I filled up at Shell Mamelodi yesterday, and shortly after, my vehicle started having issues (engine misfires, rough idling, etc.). When I raised the concern with the manager, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s clear they don’t take customer complaints seriously.

**Warning:** If you care about your car, avoid this station. The fuel quality seems questionable, and the service is appalling. I’ll be reporting this to the DMRE (Department of Mineral Resources and Energy) for further investigation.
