attendant doesn't want to change wheel

My sister and I stopped at montrose shell for refreshments and diesel when we noticed a tyre nearly flat so we decided to change it for the spare wheel when an attendant offered help did not get he's name unfortanatly then the other attendant uegene kept telling him to not help he won't get a tip and its not he's job. This was at 6 30 as he kept complaining in he's language to the helpfull guy. Since when is customer service not part of their job. When I confronted him about he's bikkering he got rude with me and telling me they petrol attendants. Now I'd like to know how people that should give service to customers can be so rude and arragant. Pls reply to my message or I shall go to head office and papers thank u
