Assaulted/verbal harassment by petrol attendant

I was insulted verbally by a petrol attendant at Century City Shell Garage who was drunk at his job and was not listening to me properly when I asked him to put in R 100 petrol. He let the pump go up to R 200 and insisted we pay the R 200. When we asked for the Manager. He said I am a ***** and I must just pay him. When my daughter went to see the Manager he was talking loud in front of the car. I asked him to go away from my car and he started to swear using foul language. I got out of the car and went to the Manager where he was busy talking to my daughter. I told the manager what just happened. The manager called him and speak to him. I went closer and repeated in front of him what I just did to us. He got angry and wanted to hit me and started to swear in front of the manager at me took off his clothes and pointed his finger in my face and in my daughters face. The other petrol attendants came near and took him away. He came again nearer and swear again at us and at his manager. The manager apologized for the attendants behavior...saying that the attendant is drunk and we must only pay the R 100 for the petrol that we asked. He said that he will deal with the attendant himself.
