Assaulted by Shell garage owner

Hi<br> <br> On the 22-11-2015 I was assaulted by an Shell Garage owner,the son and petrol attendant,which I did not even lay a hand on either of them. The reason for the incident was they claim I did not pay for petrol where as the money did go off from my account. I contacted FNB which helped me out with the Proof of Payment. So I have been to the Police station to open up a case. <br> iv been to hospital twice so for which is a cost out of my pocket. So now I have no choice but to take this matter further, im now going to open a Civil case and sue this garage. I have been in contact with my Lawyers who will assist me step by step during the process.<br> <br> This is Shell Sunray is situated in Witbank on Mandela and OR Tambo road.<br> <br> This is not professional for such a big company to deal with disputes which leads to Violence...
